Heat wave in the Philippines

In 2015, according to the Straits Times, the Philippines is in the grip of a heatwave that has killed two people as temperatures soar to a scorching 40 °C or higher. In Tuguegarao city, 480 km north of the capital Manila, two people died of heatstroke, which is inevitable now that we constantly pass by its scorching presence each year. It may even unknowingly bring more once it passes again, so what should we do?

The individuals who were killed by the heat wave definitely knew what they were doing. They should have just sought out beverages or run through somewhere where they would be covered. They should have gotten to know when the heat wave passed already to avoid such circumstances.

Health officials said Mr. Edwin Galupan, 53, was found lifeless on his cassava farm, while Madam Bannawag Lucas, 62, died inside her home." I disagree with the first comment, as how can someone avoid heat waves that easily with just simple solutions if even one of the victims is just at home, not even directly exposed to the sun, and has access to beverages?

We cannot blame the people who died during a heat wave; it happens, and what we can do to avoid it damaging us humans is to learn more about its occurrence statistically. It is suggested to monitor the acceleration of heat waves passing by throughout a certain area each time a record is made; in this way, we can identify what follow-up solutions we can do as planned and as contradicted to the acceleration and amount of humidity it affects at a certain speed.
